You have the right to plea guilty or not guilty. If you plead not guilty you must contact the court before the court date. If you plead guilty you may pay the fine by mail if the charge on the citation is listed below. If paying by mail you must send a Money Order... or Cashier's Check. We will NOT accept a Personal Check. Make money order or cashier's check payable to: Clerk, Grant County Superior Court III. 101 E 4th St Marion IN 46952. Also sign your ticket on the back where it indicates defendant's signature. If paying by mail, please do so prior to your court. appearance date, or your license will be suspended.
